Learning Habits

    • Area of Strength: I get things fast once I am interested on the subject.
    • Area of Weakness: I don't participate a lot in class and have trouble paying attention.

Area of Strength - How will you use this characteristic to effectively meet your goal?
Area of Weakness - How will you work on this area to effectively meet your goal?
I will ask a lot of questions to get me interested on the subject and learn it fast.

I will try to get more engaged in class and focus more when we are learning a new subject.

Comments:

Academics:
    • Area of Strength: risk taker              My grade goal: 85%
    • Area of Weakness: responsible
What I need to do:
Areas of strength- How will you use this characteristic to effectively meet your goal?
Areas of weaknesses
How will you work on this area to effectively meet your goal?

I will start to ask questions and get more interested in class and on the subject.

I need to study more and do my homework in order for me to understand what happens in class.

Comments: I think it will be challenging for me to get an 85% but I think I can do it if I study.

  1. Waldemar,

You goals show that you have reflected upon Semester 1 and that you are willing to make the effort to improve in Semester 2. In terms of being more engaged and focused in class, you need to really think about who you want to sit next to - it should be someone who can help you focus and can act as a role model for you. What kind of things will you do outside of class to help you review the work and meet deadlines. Do you have a planner that you are using? You should make time (30 mins) after each lesson to read over the notes from class and to update your vocab, or even to play some Zondle.
